excellent customer service

delicious food

Staying at bay area lodge was great! The location is right in the city, surrounded by shops. The customer service was excellent. They even helped us with our luggage and arranged a ride to the port. The food at the on-site restaurant was fantastic, especially the fried fish that my mom loved.

Fairly clean place, brand-new rooms, very amiable and genuinely helpful staff. Units with a nice view. Comfortable location in Coron Town Proper district so close to several coffee shops as well as many restaurants and the public market. Savoury and satisfactory breakfast spread. Fine base for exploring Coron.

If you're seeking a perfect getaway, this place hits the mark. The location is fantastic, close to everything, with friendly staff and delicious food. They even prepared sandwiches for our early ferry, showcasing their attention to detail. Worth every bit for a relaxing stay!

It was a very pleasant experience. Came here for 2 nights with my mother, everything was exceptional. Staff was super very amiable. Location: the hotel was close to many restaurants and the public market, the center of the town and ferries.

I almost woudl have given this place a good review, but the shower pressure was hilariously low, and the aircon was, well, let's just say 'vintage' and LOUD. I specifically requested an upgrade for my 'superior stay' but they utterly failed to deliver. How was i supposed to relax under these conditions? Pathetic.

A hair dryer would be a simple yet impactful addition!!! Lack of coffee-making facilities early in the morning is quite inconvenient-waiting for hot water is frustrating!!! Thin pillows leave much to be desired!!!

The wifi worked flawlessly throughout my visit. The garden area was peaceful with cozy seating and lovely plants. The only downside was some early morning noise from outside, but it didn't ruin my overall experience 😊
